Joe Farro - Operations/Sales/Technology
After graduating with a BBA in Finance from Loyola University, Joe Farro began his business career at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Joe worked as an investment consultant as well as other capacities in the financial marketplace before ultimately entering the home loan industry. A seasoned professional, Joe's experience totaling over 20 years has allowed him to develop systems and skills that set him apart as a loan officer. With the belief in training and development he is also Certified Mortgage Planner as well as instructor for real estate professionals. He has also developed and trained some top loan officers. The dedication to creating a superior customer service experience and the introduction of the Loan Originator Pro system for originators is what continues to be the driving force for the loan consultants at Premier Capital Mortgage. With a long history in loan originating, mortgage banking and technology, Premier Capital Mortgage continues to create tools for mortgage professionals to succeed and deliver world class customer service.

Randee Black - Market Director
Randee Black is an exceptional marketing professional with over 13 years’ experience in most facets of marketing, including branding, print marketing, design, communications, strategic sales, event planning and direct marketing. After graduating from the University of Florida with a BS in Business Management and Marketing, she then continued her education at The Art Institute of Atlanta where she studied Graphic and Web Design. After graduating she joined the Sun America Mortgage team and later became the Director of Marketing for SunTrust Mortgage, Inc. where she assisted in building the marketing platform to grow sales over $7 Billion in residential lending in the Southeast.
Prior to joining Premier Capital Mortgage, Randee served as the President for a Graphic and Web Design firm in Atlanta responsible for designing and developing print collateral, packaging, special events, search engine optimization, social networking, managing and negotiating contracts, and consulting with public relations firms, media and other outside vendors.
Highly personable, versatile and results oriented, Randee brings great knowledge in mortgage marketing, technology and project and client relationship management. Her creativity and innovative style distinguishes her work from others.
